Abacus Plumbing's Electrical Operations Manager interviewed about generators and the Customer Service Team working under emergency operations at a hotel until power restored at the office following Hurricane Beryl's devastating wind and power outages affecting two million Houstonians.
Abacus set up customer care operations at a hotel with power allowing the team to answer calls and take care of customers. Several team members provided with rooms as their own homes were impacted by the storm. Truly extraordinary people providing extraordinary service.
